Rachel Brougham

Rachel Brougham is responsible for Mercer's UK governance and operations consulting service. Based in Manchester, she has spent most of her career as an actuarial consultant, moving into the pensions governance arena 3 years ago. Rachel has worked with a variety of clients, including some Local Authorities, developing governance frameworks, helping trustees to self-evaluate and implementing risk management processes amongst other things.
