On-site Sponsorship Opportunities

Please note that the below opportunities are exclusive to one sponsor each, unless otherwise stated. Each sponsor will receive pre-show recognition through the Professional Pensions Show website, and on-site recognition through the official show guide.

  • Badges and Registration

All delegates attending the Professional Pensions Show will be issued with a badge that must be worn at all times and which bears both the event and sponsor’s logos. Sponsorship also  includes pre-show branding on the online registration pages and confirmation emails to all accepted delegates.

  • Catering

Exclusive branding at all 4 catering and refreshment stands, based around the hall. This includes large logos on the back wall of the catering area, and on the ceiling banners above each catering stand.

  • Delegate Bags

Each delegate attending the Professional Pensions Show will receive an official conference shoulder bag upon arrival containing various pieces of show information. The bags will be branded with both the shows and sponsor’s logo and create high brand awareness throughout the event and represents a long-term sponsorship opportunity as they are often used after the show.

  • Delegate Folders

Each delegate attending the Professional Pensions Show will receive a presentation folder. These are used by the delegates to take notes in the conference sessions. Sponsorship allows branding via your company logo printed on the folder. Once again in addition to the strong branding opportunities throughout the show there is an extended reach as these folders are kept and regularly used by the delegates after the event.

  • Delegate Bag Inserts

Opportunity to insert A4 sized corporate literature directly into the bags given to all attendees upon arrival.

  • Delegate Pens

Each delegate attending the Professional Pensions Show will receive a conference pen within their delegate bags, which are collected on entrance to the show. Sponsorship allows branding via your company logo on the pen.

  • Evening Drinks Reception

A drinks reception will take place at the close of the exhibition on Wednesday. The sponsor will benefit from extensive branding around the venue, logos on all email invitations sent, and logo on all relevant marketing materials.

  • Hanging Banners

There will be a limited number of sponsor exclusive hanging banners placed throughout the exhibition hall, which create high visibility throughout the show. The banners will be double sided and will carry the sponsor’s logo / message.

  • Real Time Voting

During each conference session delegates will be asked questions in relation to the subjects they are listening to, with answers given using electronic real time voting pads. The sponsor will benefit from exclusive branding on the screen during the voting and on the handsets that every delegate will be required to use. A unique opportunity to secure brand presence in the conference rooms.

  • Seating Areas

The exhibition hall will feature seating areas for the delegates to utilise throughout lunch and in breaks. The opportunity for one sponsor to brand all of these areas creates a very high profile throughout the exhibition hall.
