Paul Clark

Paul is responsible for two particular audit areas within Moore Stephens: pension schemes and construction and related services. He acts for around 50 pension schemes, including the provision of internal audit services to a scheme with £600m of net assets, and has installed a new scheme for 100 employees, following the buy-out of a division of a quoted group whilst acting as finance director for a client company. This included the selection of a pension-provider. Paul has acted in resolving pensions disputes and also for a number of schemes encountering difficulties with OPRA compliance.

He is a member of the Pensions Research Accountants Group (PRAG).
