Lesley Carline FPMI

Lesley has over 20 years experience in business development, sales and marketing within the pensions industry. She is a regular speaker and writer on the pensions circuit, and in particular has a great deal of experience in DC and member communications, as well as invaluable insight into the ability of pensions software to deliver services for clients.

She joined Xafinity Paymaster earlier this year from DC Link Limited, where she worked as Business Development Manager, and prior to that was a founding Director of Syrrius Limited, a niche pensions industry service provider. Lesley has also worked at Heywood where she was responsible for launching AXIS.
Lesley has recently been elected as a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute (PMI).
