Andrew Baum

Andrew Baum is Professor of Land Management at the University of Reading and Chief Strategist for CBRE Investors' Global Multi Manager team. He is also Chairman of Property Funds Research, an information provider focused on global real estate investment. He was formerly Property Research Manager for Prudential Portfolio Managers, CIO (Property) and Director of International Property for Henderson Global Investors, and founder and chairman of Oxford Property Consultants (OPC). He is also president of the Reading Real Estate Foundation.
