Tony Baily

Tony provides pension advice to employers in the context of their broader remuneration philosophy, including scheme design and restructuring exercises and decisions regarding defined benefit or defined contribution.

He provides strategic and prototype consulting ideas to companies and pension scheme trustees on a full range of pensions and benefits issues. These include valuations and funding, benefit design and communication, acquisitions and disposals, scheme restructuring and changes from Government reform.

Tony helps lead the Hewitt Defined Contribution (DC) Team, which is a dedicated resource, aimed at building specialist consultancy services to those opening or running a DC scheme.
